Your First Visit

Patient Forms

The first time you enter our office, Arlene will greet you and welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with a health history and general information about you and your condition.

Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns and potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will you meet your goals.

Examination

After your consultation, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination, testing your reflexes and assessing your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard neurologic, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. Nothing is ever done in our office without your consent.

X-Ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a full evaluation of your present condition. X-rays help us rule out more serious conditions and assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Most patients are amazed when they view their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and degeneration on their own.

Conclusion

At the end of your first visit, we will have accomplished a lot in terms of getting to know you and determining any health challenges you may be experiencing.
