Your Second Visit
Welcome to your second visit at Freedman Chiropractic Center!
Your first visit was spent getting to know all about you - your health history and why you've decided to seek care from us.
During your second visit, we will go over what we have learned about you and your condition and discuss whether and how we think we can help you! If we mutually agree on your treatment plan, you will receive your first adjustment and start on your journey to true health and recovery!
So...let's get started!
Report of Findings
Once all the information has been gathered and all examinations have been performed, we will present you with a Report of Findings, designed to answer the following most popular new patient questions:
- Can you help me?
- What do you recommend that I do to get better?
- How much is it going to cost?
After reviewing your history and your goals, examining your spine and reviewing any x-rays or tests, we will discuss our recommendations with you. If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, we will tell you. If we believe we can help you, we will recommend the appropriate treatment and a wellness program.
Treatment
Generally, patients are provided with their first treatment at the conclusion of this appointment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies. Treatment is interactive, so please feel free to express any concerns you have at this time.
Wellness Program
Prior to leaving this visit, patients are instructed on a wellness program they can follow at home. If you are in pain when you first come into our office, this may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, and the recommendation of home exercises and/or stretches.
If you desire an overall wellness lifestyle, we will work with you to create good habits and routines that support your success. Each patient is unique and, therefore, each one requires a customized wellness plan.
