The top three habits of high performance people are:
1. Your Thoughts Determine Your Reality
They realize that their thoughts determine their reality. They choose the thoughts that serve them best. They choose love over fear. They choose kindness over righteousness, forgiveness over animosity, high self-esteem over low self-esteem. They choose service to others over self-entitlement.
2. Invest Time and Money in Yourself
Secondly, they regularly invest time and money into themselves. They go for regular chiropractic check-ups to remove subluxations, the interference to the flow of proper energy between their mind and body. That permits their body to function much better to get more out of the foods they eat, the exercise that they do, the rest that they get. It helps them think healthier and promotes a healthier lifestyle. They purchase and consume good, wholesome foods. They allocate time for exercise, and they vary the type of exercise that they do. They own a good mattress and pillow, and they set a regular schedule for sleep.
3. Associate with Healthier People
Then the third thing that I think high performance people do is that they associate with other people who live a healthier lifestyle. Show me your friends, and I know you.
